How It Works

  1. Register We add your keys to the system with contact details and generate a unique QR code tag.
  2. Attach The QR code tag goes on your key ring. It is durable, weatherproof and easy to scan.
  3. Scan When someone finds your keys, they scan the QR code with any phone camera. No app needed.
  4. Reunite They instantly see your contact info and reward amount. You get an email with their location.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is my personal information visible to anyone who scans?
Only your name, phone number, and optional reward amount are shown. Your email is never displayed publicly.
What if someone scans my QR code maliciously?
Rate limiting prevents abuse, so the same person can't trigger repeated notifications. Every scan is also recorded with IP and device info.
Can I deactivate a lost key remotely?
Yes. Mark any key ring as deactivated from the admin panel, and future scans will show "Keys Returned."
Is there an app to install?
No. QR scanning works with every modern phone camera. No downloads, no accounts for finders.
